Keep it easy peasy, just how you like it. Here’s what you can expect when working with me!

  • Let me know which session you’re interested in, hit me with your questions, and we can chat about it all. It’s a chance for us to get to know each other and align our goals for your session.

  • Ahh, thank you for trusting me with your memories! Please confirm which session you’re after, and I’ll send you my deposit invoice and a contract to sign. Once that stuff is done, your booking is officially locked in my calendar! Woohoo!

  • I want to make sure you’re feeling as excited and confident as possible about your upcoming session. We’ll chat about your goals, outfit inspiration, and location ideas in the lead-up, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.

  • YAY! It’s finally time for your photography session and I’m beyond excited! Chatting away as we chase the light, I’ll make sure you’re feeling 100% comfortable and relaxed throughout your experience. I’ll send you a couple of sneak peeks within 24 hours.

  • Cuddle up on the couch and relive the magic because your digital gallery is ready to be viewed! Share it with your family and friends, order your favourite prints, and keep your eye out for a little special something in the mail.

Celebrating your legacy, your photos will be the keepsakes that you’ll be holding close to your heart for generations to come. Transforming every fleeting second into a forever memory, they will allow you to relive this very moment - the bellyaching laughs, the tender kisses, the pure happiness.

 Once you receive your gallery, you’ll be able to order fine art prints of your favorite shots. Hang the prints in your living room, display them along the hallway or in your bub’s nursery and allow the feel-good memories to wash over you. Calming the everyday chaos, these will tangibly remind you of your ‘why’ and to slow down.

That’s why you won’t want to leave your documented memories fading away on a USB stick or on a digital screen. Nothing beats the Real thing!

Your frequently asked questions

 

  • I live in Wellington, NSW but service all of the Central West area including Dubbo, Orange, Mudgee, Bathurst, Narromine, Trangie and beyond!

  • While motherhood and family photography is my jam, I do often shoot couples as well! If you have a different session or a special request in mind, please reach out to me and we’ll see what we can come up with.

  • Not yet but it’s slowly coming together. I can’t wait! Make sure you follow my Instagram @erinnredfern_photography for exciting updates!!

  • Balancing both posed and natural lifestyle photography, my goal is to capture images that make you FEEL! Obsessed with the little details, everything I do is very intentional and no matter what, you’ll always feel celebrated.

  • In-home newborn photography and family lifestyle sessions are often scheduled between 9-11 AM, which is when there’s an abundance of natural light.

    Outdoor sunset sessions are often scheduled on the weekends, 1-2 hours before the sunset. But if you prefer a weekday session, just let me know!

  • For maternity sessions, I have a growing wardrobe from Mama Rentals where you’ll find beautiful, flattering silhouettes to show off your baby bump. If you book a session with me, you’ll receive 20% off your outfit hire!

    In general, I recommend you choose neutral, complementary colours that will allow YOU to shine. Steer away from bold colours or loud prints as these can be distracting. If you’d like some extra advice on what to wear, please don’t hesitate to shoot me an email and we can brainstorm your options together!

  • The excitement’s real! I always aim to have galleries completed within 2-3 weeks of your session. During busy seasons, this may take up to 4-6 weeks but I promise it’ll be worth the wait!

  • Yes, of course! Once you receive your final gallery, you’ll be able to order your favourite prints.

  • Yes, I do! Many of my clients pay for their sessions in 2 or 4 payments. Just let me know your preference at the time of booking and we can arrange something for you.

  • To ensure my availability for your preferred time and date, I highly recommend that you make a booking as soon as possible so you don’t miss out.

    Please note that maternity sessions are best booked when you’re at your 30-week mark. Newborn sessions are often scheduled 1-2 weeks after your bub is born, giving you and your little one time to settle in.
